I recently got into a car accident and put a claim in on the app. Daniel from the agency contacted me letting me know he saw I put a claim in and if there was anything he could do to help let him know. He literally answered my calls and questions all day long, helped me find a car repair shop in the good hands network that can help me before the new year. This has been the smoothest insurance experience and they are so nice, helpful and patient with the stresses of a wrecked car. Thank you so much, I'm grateful I switched to your agency!!!
David took the time to listen to my situation and offered a recommendation that actually made sense for me. He ended up finding me more coverage at a lower price than what I had before, but what stood out most was how easy the whole process was. There was no sales pressure at all, just a straightforward conversation. I waited until my policy was about to expire to get a quote, which turned out to be a mistake. I could have done this sooner and let David’s office take care of canceling my old policy and requesting the refund. It’s nice working with a local agent who’s responsive and genuinely helpful, instead of being passed around a call center. David is just a solid, trustworthy guy who does things the right way. Well deserved five stars.

Our car was badly sprayed with yellow line paint. David helped with the claim process as my husband was hospitalized and I was preoccupied. The process was seamless snd the results from Major’s Select body shop was excellent. Great experience at a very stressful time.

Have had our insurance with the Downey agency for years. The staff members are very personable and great to deal with. I feel our insurance costs are reasonable and we have never had a reason to change agencies. Would recommend.

Downey Agency was quick to respond to my initial inquiry about home and auto insurance. They provided all coverage at a fair cost. The Downey Agency has been extremely helpful with my home and auto insurance changes as I moved from Tennessee to Pennsylvania. Many steps and documentation were required but they were pleasant, knowledgeable and successful in getting me through it all. I appreciate their help and professionalism very much. My agent, Daniel, always goes above and beyond. He talks me through the insurance jargon I don’t understand and will even three way call w me and my loan company to get to the bottom of a messy situation to find missing funds. He’s the best!

One of the most patient, friendly, and knowledgable agents in the field. David really takes his time with each client to assess their insurance needs, and Daniel is a wizard with customer service. Even if the cost is a little higher than other insurance companies, it is well worth the insight, education, and experience.
